Volunteers Needed for Great American Pitchfest


Want to hang at Great American Pitchfest? Roll up your sleeves and be a volunteer! 
They need hard-working volunteers to make their 9th annual Great American Pitchfest their best event yet. It's a great opportunity to network, make new friends and enjoy the event Script Magazine called the #1 pitchfest!

Here’s what help is still needed:

May 20th – Noon
-        1-2 guys with truck to meet Bob Schultz and Signe Olynyk (organizers of GAPF) at storage locker (12345 Ventura Court in Studio City, CA  91604). 
  
May 22-29
-        2-5 people each day, all day/evening or for whatever they can give us.
-        1-2 drivers for errands & general help

May 30 & 31
-        10-15 people each day, all day/evening or for whatever they can give us.
-        1-2 drivers for errands & general help

June 1 / 2 / 3
-        Registration Team, 7-8 people (1 Mgr, 5 Reg staff, 1x floater)
-        NEW Registration & Purchases Team, 3 people (1x Mgr, 1x to package new passes, 1x cashier)
-        Info Booth, 1-3 people
-        Trade Show Team / PitchFest Line Setup / Tear Down, 10 people for setup / 2-3 people to run
-        Classroom Monitors, 12 people
-        Master Class Assistants, 3 people
-        Master Class Camera Operator x 1 person
-        Smorgasbord /Exec Luncheon x 6 people (ticket takers x 2, 1x food monitor, 1x floater, 2x Exec Assistants)
-        Private Consults, 3 people
-        Pitch Boot Camp, 2x ticket takers
-        Volunteer Coordinator, 2 people to share the role
-        Line Control x 6
-        Security at Doors x4
-        Security In Room to monitor Line Jumpers x 6
-        Bull Pen Attendants x 2
-        Bell Ringer x 2
-        Drink Coupon Person x 1

June 4 & 5
-        Wrap & Inventory, 3-5 people
